Holly Bristoll Joins Medic Management Group's Executive Leadership Team

Beachwood, Ohio – (April 20, 2023) – Today, Medic Management Group (MMG), a cutting-edge, comprehensive healthcare management firm, announced the addition of Holly Bristoll to its executive leadership team. Bristoll will serve in the newly created role of Senior Managing Director and National Practice Leader, Healthcare Advisory and Consulting Services. With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Bristoll brings to MMG a proven track record in helping organizations reimagine the strategic pathway to success, along with deep operational, leadership, and change management skills essential to MMG’s clients.

In her role, Holly will oversee MMG’s existing advisory service lines and be responsible for developing and executing business strategies for the Consulting and Practice Advisory businesses, with key focuses including new product development, client service and staff development. Additionally, Holly will be responsible for continued development of critical  business initiatives, including the expansion of Medical Coding capacity and capability and the delivery of a full range of services to the Behavioral Health market segment.

Bristoll’s extensive professional background includes fifteen years in executive leadership positions at ProMedica Health System in Toledo, Ohio, with her most recent roles including Chief Integration Officer – Academic Affiliations, President, ProMedica-at-Home, and President, ProMedica Wildwood Orthopaedic and Spine Hospital and two other community hospitals. Throughout her career, she has led teams to achieving strategic and operational excellence, specializing in planning and managing complex, high-profile programs to maximize competitive performance. 

Bristoll is an active civic leader in the northwest Ohio community, currently serving as Board Executive Committee Member & Secretary, Governance Committee Member, Finance Committee Member, and Board Vice-Chair at the National Museum of the Great Lakes. She has also served in past leadership roles with both Maumee Valley Habitat for Humanity and Junior Achievement of Northwest Ohio. Holly earned her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
